Joe has a wonderful way of showing me love each and everyday... but then there are the moments where he goes above on beyond to ensure I feel special. Yesterday was one of those moments....
Upon getting ready for the day, Joe took me for some lunch at a small wine bar. The Tasting Room is a cute little place that serves cheese, meat, sandwiches, and of course WINE! We enjoyed each other's company while trying a few new wines and munching on a sandwich. Great start to my Saturday!
After lunch, we headed to the movie theatres. Joe knew I wanted to see THE VOW and he had planned that this movie would be the next part of our day. It was a nice chick flick :)... filled with love, emotion, and beautiful people!
After the movies, Joe swept me off to dinner. Ever since dining at Carefree Station back in December, I have wanted to go back! The food, service, and atmosphere are to die for. I was so excited when I realized where we were headed. I knew we would have a great time... but when we arrived and our table was on the ROOF... the night got even better.
I did not know Carefree Station had roof top dining! Joe had arranged for us to arrive at dinner just around sunset, so the view was amazing. We enjoyed some delicious food and great beer under the stars. It was absolutely perfect!
The little things in life are what mean the most to me... but when you mix in days like this... life just doesn't get any better!
Thank you for such a wonderful day Joe! I am so happy to call you my Valentine.
I cannot wait to spend next weekend with you in San Francisco!! EEkkk!
